Diagnostic tests are not always being offered in workflow Test Plan (step 2)

In Fault & Breakdown Workflow Step 2, some users are not seeing the diagnostic tests that they may be expecting to be offered for a particular symptom and/or DTC. There is an concern which prevents the intended test being offered, although it is still available if searched for by name using the 'Select a Test' button.

The cause of this concern is still being investigated, this notice will be updated when the concern has been resolved.
