TOPIx Quality check concern

We are aware of the concern regarding Quality check. The users may see all or one of the below concerns:

- Unable to submit quality checks
- Main page shows an error
- Unable to load quality check answers

This issue is currently being investigated.

(Updated) TOPIx Cloud - Concerns found with multiple applications

The below concern has now been resolved in TOPIx Cloud
Please retry the application/test.

- The application has no option to continue.
- The application gets stuck rendering a screen, it shows loading constantly.
- The application is stuck in a running state in the history.
