Trusted websites configured during the installation of SDD and TOPIx Cloud may be restricted or overridden by local IT policies that govern browser security settings.

If such policies prevent these trusted site settings from being applied, the authentication process for diagnostic software / TOPIx cannot be completed.

Incorrect browser configuration may cause login failures. This can result in the TOPIx login window repeatedly appearing instead of launching the diagnostic software as expected.

For assistance with implementing the requirements within this document, this information must be passed to your dedicated IT representative / department for immediate action.

It is vital to the operation of SDD, TOPIx Cloud and Software Over The Air (SOTA) that:

• Web browsers trusted websites settings are not restricted during the installation of the diagnostic software
• Alternative Web browsers security settings are not being enforced that do not include the required trusted websites list below.

Control Panel - Internet Options - Security - Trusted Sites - Sites - Websites

The following TLS settings are to be selected on your machines in order to work correctly:
