Select History to show the diagnostic history on a vehicle

Select View All History to toggle to View Recent History to expand or contract the diagnostic session start points that have occurred on the vehicle

Select the Play icon to replay the actual screens shown during the application was run. This is a Feature for Technical Support and Diagnostic engineers

Select the Download icon to download the diagnostic session data from the application ran. Feature for Technical Support and Diagnostic engineers

Select View Data to view the Network Integrity Test results for history on module part numbers and Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC)s

The History toolbox displays previous activities that have been run or applied to the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) in TOPIx.
History details are not isolated to a user or retailer.
History shows all diagnostic activities that have been run against the VIN in session. This is a time efficiency feature as it shows quickly and easily what has been run on a vehicle and its outcome.
To extend the time period being viewed of diagnostic activities on the VIN, regardless of TOPIx user or location, from the History tab toggle between View All History and View Recent History.
The data view can be sorted by selecting one of the following options:
- Date Requested – oldest to newest
- Agent Group – A-Z
- Application Name – A-Z
- State – A-Z
- Result – A-Z
